KYLIE AT THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING LIGHTING!

As we previously mentioned, Kylie Minogue is making her first ever American tour!! The star is beginning her tour in Oakland, and working her way to NYC

Kylie was in NYC this week, and is staying at the Greewich Hotel.

She left the Empire State Building after the lighting, and kissed an unidentified man below, before she left for the hotel where she is currently staying.

Can't wait for Kylie to make her American debut!
